The first letter seems to be either an S, L, E or maybe i. The other part could be Wiese, or Viese. Those two V looking letters the smaller one isn't connected to the bigger one. I shifted through 1000s of pictures and hundreds of signatures from painters still no luck

Here is my guess, one its unknown painter.
What you might wanna find is someone who paint lobster boats, why i say lobster and how i know its lobster boats? i do not, if you look at the picture on the house it says lobsters, so if you have not written that and its the artist, that would be a good hint where to look.

I would go hunt where its known in the US were they fish lobsters.
