In the National Gallery

I spend a lot of time in the national Gallery, London, UK. Always have a sketchbook handy. I'm looking for the focus of a painting, the central axis. I draw what I think it is and see how the artist got me there. Samson and Delilah, Rubens. I did the gouache when I got home. Sometimes just a pen sketch, every page doesn't have to be a masterpiece.
