Well done. I’m terrible at faces, practicing them myself now. I’m much more of an expert on light, in which I can offer some advice: think about ambient occlusion. It’d really make your face pop if you darkened the hair part and where the hair and face meet, to give depth. Also, the shadow under the face is the wrong shape, it should be projecting down onto her neck.

Also, I have a trick where for faces I cover up parts of them to make sure every component feels right. Left side, right side, nose and up, and nose and down. I’d say one of those is a little off, if you cover up the top of the face, the chin looks like Doomguy. I’d tone the size of the jaw muscles down a bit for a woman.
