I'm thinking about starting a business creating minimalistic large scale canvas artwork. I like the idea of using fabrics with paint. I love the appearance of faux suede for example. I've attached an image for an idea I had using faux suede with a lighter painted section and a gold trim around the edges.
I appreciate that art is subjective... But I don't want my art to be too much of a niche that hardly anyone buys from me.... What do you think? Do you think I could make a business out of this? Would you buy something like this?
