Soooo I'm a huge fan of charcoal drawing, and when feeling inspired sketched this, taking some ideas from a reference picture and some from my head - improvising as I drew, I suppose.

What do you guys think?

You know, I looked at this and started thinking about how easy she'd be to get along with, what her kids would be like, the kind of work she'd be doing and then reminded myself its a drawing and snapped out of it.

I was thinking project coordinator in a nonprofit agency.

I would really like to get into charcoal drawing myself. Do you mind me asking which charcoal brand you use? I am a little torn between the charcoal pencils, since they are similar to graphite, or embracing the medium and jumping into sticks. I've heard brands such as Nitram can hold a point really well - like a pencil, without the binders/fillers in other charcoals.
