I've always loved playing with play-doh, one day I just tried to see how thing I flatten it. Doing this made me realize that it looked like flower petals. So took a few flattened pieces and made flowers.

They are attached to the same wiring used for flowers, they make great stems...

Those are wicked! Never thought of that ha ha I remember that i hated clay in highschool so that could be why i steered away from such arts...

Cool! I took cake decorating last fall and what you describe sounds a lot like the gumpaste sugar flower techniques we learned. I think you should run right out and buy some polymer clay to play with! Once you make something you like, you can bake it and it's permanent. There are some amazing things it lets you do. Keep sculpting!
