just getting back to painting, I have a jar of white gesso that I bought in Chapala Mx 20 years ago.
It is very lumpy so after i spread it on the canvas i smooth it out with my fingers and it is drying very well, plan to sand between coats .Should I add water to the jar or what. Live in an area where the supplies are limited so i can't just waste it. Any ideas?
