I'm not getting anymore email notifications such as new replies to threads, etc. Private messaging is kind of wonky too, I can't tell whether the pm was sent or not.

Can you those who are not receiving email notifications, please make sure that [email protected] and [email protected] are both in your safe senders list?
@dickhutchings you do NOT want notifications right? Just want to make sure before I start fiddling with settings. Give your cookies a clean and see if your saved settings for notifications are still there.

click HERE then under the section that says *Default Thread Subscription Mode* select *No email notification*.

Meli those aren't the kind of notifications I want to get, I just want to be notified of threads that I subscribe to or to pms.

Haven't contacted Cricket, maybe I should. It's not that big of a deal really.

When I stopped the emails on threads it would still send the ones from threads I had already received for, as those threads get abandoned I receive fewer emails. I have no emails from new threads since I discontinued.

As far as emails go, it is almost always the email provider the member's using that blocks the alert emails.

Check to make sure the emails are not in your spam folder and if possible, add the following address to your whitelist.

If you do NOT want to receive email alerts, check your options on this page: http://www.artistforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions and make sure in the drop down menu under "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to select "no emails". For thereads that you are already subscribed to, you will need to go to your User CP and unsubscribe from those threads.

I don't think it's my email provider, I'm getting all kinds of junk. The email notifications stopped suddenly around 2 weeks ago. I did however find how to make the classic view stick thanks to your link Cricket, yippee!

I don't wear earrings, lol.
