New to this ineed of a artist/partner

So im 24 living in brisbane australia and Next year i plan i getting my diploma in screen and media, i would love to be a screen writer, kevin smith is my inspiration, i have one horror tv series i'am writing at the moment and have 2 cartoon ideas written down ready to be drawn and written out properly,i have titles drawing ideas, episodes ready for one and just a title and a start of a main story for another, i also have a comic i have started to write that needs to be drawn
Alot of work needs to be done. Ut thats whyni need the help
