Hi everyone,
Im new to this website, and a new artist in general, but I'm looking for advice. I am trying to find a way to sell my artwork or to make custom artwork for people. I was looking for critiquing, tips on how to improve my artwork, how to get my work out there for people to see, and since I'm not as professional as most people, I planned on selling work relatively cheap for most people but have no idea how to price or negotiate. I am grateful any advice given, Thank you!:biggrin:

I agree with @meli ...get a FB page and add good close up shots of each art piece. You could also post on Instagram, and get some followers, and try selling there.

Yup.. what the 2 ladies said! HOWEVER! DO NOT sell your artwork cheaply. You are good.. don't minimize what you do.. and you will only cheapen your work by lessening the price.

I concur... in the world of selling our artworks self worth is our most valuable cognizant.

I totally agree with Meli and Bushcraftonfire. I gave away and sold very cheap a lot of my paintings and find now that putting a higher value to my works is actually increasing my sales.

If you are near a flea market you might think about trying to sell there. I sell a lot of my work at a local Flea Market/Antique store.
