The hubby and I have plans to goof off in the Florida sun for the winter, which leaves me the golden opportunity of working on my art full time!

I have been putting together a portfolio of my photography, with an eye towards selling original artwork and photographs at the flea market (and elsewhere?) I realize I am no professional photographer so:

Please, tell me what you think of this photo. Should I include it?

Would you also check out my photography album here and tell me if you think there would be a market for them?

Thank you for taking the time to help me! :vs-kiss:

Hi,

I started doing exactly what you are talking about 5 weeks ago and I'm afraid people are not interested in buying anything they feel they could take themselves, so it has to be a very good composition with great colours, clarity etc, etc. For that reason I'm afraid this picture probably wouldn't sell. Also there is the rule of odds. Basically when taking photo's of animals, plants, people etc, it works better if there is an odd number, so 1, 3 or 5 etc. Two would have to be something special to work, like the story of two lovers.

I'll go check out your album. Good luck with it.
