I think it would help if you could be more specific. Are you just looking for some fan-art of creatures of an existing game? Are you making your own game which you need artwork for? Do you plan to make money off of it in the future?
For instance, if you are working on a trading card project you wish to monetize, asking someone to do the art for free isn't exactly fair. If it's a legit job, it requires legit pay.
While if it's just a hobby project and you need someone to collaborate with, that changes things a bit. But that is something that's good to be open about.

Plus, it also helps if people here know exactly what you need. How many drawings? What size? Are we talking ballpoint pens here, fineliners, a dip pen? What kind of creatures? Reference material?

I will not be making money off of this at any time. I may make expansions for me and my friend, but once I have an artist I may like to have them do it again. It is for me and my friends and won't even be public. The picture size isn't a big issue as I use a website to make the cards and just have to insert a picture, but maybe a quarter of an 8" x 11" paper would be ok. This is the first time the creatures will be drawn and I might even have the artist create some thier-self. I am looking for finalizers, gel, or felt pens to do the job. The creatures are more or less fanatical, but may include dragons, beasts, and wizards (which I know are not creatures, but will be included in the game. I will not make any money off of this, and will actually lose it because I have to pay for the entire game. If the artist wants some cards I could arrange that as well. I didn't understand if you were interested in the job or not, because you needed some clarification. I hope this answered all of your questions.

Sorry if I got your hopes up, but this isn't a job I could take up on right now; I'm in the middle of my exam project. The main reason I asked you to specify was so that it's a lot more clear for people who are interested. The amount of different drawings, for example, can make a huge impact on wether or not someone might have the time to help you out, you know?
When you need something commissioned, it's best to have as many important details at the ready as you can, even if it's simply a hobby project.
If no one here can help you, I'd suggest trying a place like DeviantArt as well.

This one, for example, exists for the sole purpose of handling requests.Over twothousand members, too.

The amount of drawings at this time may total to maybe about 30, including a back for a trading card, health and special cards, and of course creatures.

I see. With an amount like that it's also worth considering trying to get together a team of artists. Because 30 decent drawings is a lot. Trust me. Even if the drawing style is fairly simple, it's still a lot. So having around four to five (not too many, you want communication to still be easy) people who are able to work in more or less one style is likely going to work better than to have one person do all of it.
However, if you do arrange something of a team, you'll also have to do more yourself, as you're going need to keep an eye on four/five people to make sure it's what you want instead of one.
