Are you wanting to post to sell them or just to have your art get more exposure? You can post any art on facebook. You can even make your own facebook page just for your art. Mine is listed in my signature.

I think the best way to get followers is to be interesting. But I don't know I don't even use Instagram.

Perhaps you could load some of work to this forum. Set up an album. Or even better post your art in forum post. Artists on here are happy to give suggestions for improvement. It has helped me a lot.
