The painting is Georges Seurat' A Sunday Afternoon on La Grande Jatte.

Here's what it looks like: http://totallyhistory.com/wp-conten...fternoon-on-the-Island-of-La-Grande-Jatte.jpg

It was was made during the Impressionist Era. It uses Pointillism, meaning the entire painting is comprised of dots.

How can I relate this to electrical engineering?

If you're wondering, this is for a World Cultures essay.

Look at the pericision that Seurat used to create his work. Than look at the prerision used in circuit boards, electrical drawings. At least if it were my paper, this would be the angle I would atack it from.
