Found at an estate sale. Had it reframed and they said it was an original Thomas DeDecker. Anyone know anything about it?

I wasn't familiar with him, but after some looking around it looks like he's a fairly well known painter. If it's authentic then it would probably go for a good price (if you're looking to sell it). Here's a link with a little bit about him (Thomas deDecker | K Newby Gallery)
