does anyone can tell me which tecnic i need to use to do something like that ?! im lost, and i think thats one of the most beautiful albumarts i eversaw. i would be realy glad if someone could give me a direction!

Welcome to the forum. I'm afraid I had to change your post a little.
I removed the link and imbedded the subject picture. The link is to a business and it can be construed as advertising the business which we are not allowed to do since there are paid advertisers for the forum.
If this is not the picture you were referring to, please feel free to change it or add an additional picture. If you need help doing that I will be glad to help you.
Oh and I'm terribly sorry I don't have a clue how this art piece is created. But there are so many knowledgeable artists on this forum I'm sure someone will know.
