Good Morning all you wonderful people.

Here in Arkansas the temperature is going to reach 97F (36C) today. Where did fall go? It was so nice a week ago.

Yesterday at the beach with the granddaughters was fun. But my legs are killing me today. Growing old really sucks!

Holy mackeral that's so HOT. Yesterday was cloudy and cool and drizzly all day. I was tempted to put a light jacket on. We had fun though.

Glad you had so much fun with the grandkids! My kid and I hiked about 4 miles yesterday. Went through one of our easy lava tubes - saw double sinks - went to El Morro - and did the "tourist trap" bandera crater and ice cave. I only did that one because he needs to be able to say he saw it once. Other than that I would never go because I know of other places I can take him that are just as interesting. In time - as he gets older - we will start exploring the serious lava tubes where you need the flashlights and hard hats..but that will come in time. He is little yet and had a blast doing what he did. AND after 4 miles of hiking he STILL wanted to ride his horse. So he did.

Today is a day of grocery shopping, laundry, and pantry painting touchups. I do plan to count yesterday as a school field trip..He learned about geology and history.

I spent time at a local flea market today.

I could spend hour and hours if it didn't get so dang hot.

I picked the small knife up for $3. It's perfect for my next camping trip.

That beauty only for 3$? Really? That's so cheap! We usually pay 15$ if it's used, or 25$ if it's new (and that's if you look for it in some places, cuz it can bee at least at 25$ or more)

I'm just cheking in fast. I'm really busy, and when I'm not doing something, i'm so tired that I can't do anything than laying down and listening to music for a sweet sleep >.<

I have had a great weekend. I have had so much fun with 3 of my best 4 girlfriends. (my granddaughters) The fourth wound up going to Oklahoma with her other grandmother...I guess I have to share them a little.

Good evening everyone! Speaking of being somewhere else, we went to Niagara Falls today! :biggrin: It was so cool knowing that at the other side of the falls is already a part of US.I was like woooah.:vs_whistle: It's like witnessing 2 countries while being in one place..(I guess )
@TerryCurley awww she's so cute ><..and wow 36? here it was 33 and whew, talk about feeling the sun's heat ..I still feel the burn lain:..
