Good Morning everyone.

Today is Grandparents Day at school. UGH :unhappy:...you can call me insensitive but I do not enjoy these school activities. I can think of about 100 things I want to do today and spending the day at the elementary school is not one of them. Of course I'm going and I will act very enthused while I'm there for the sake of my Granddaughter.

I do not remember what I was doing. I didn't realized about the day, in Argentina is the Teachers day. But i'm sure the news will talk about the 11S, as every year

By the way, Terry, if you are interested I can translate a recipe for "Dulce de leche". I never did it, but I know it's not hard to do. It takes a bit of time, cuz you must be paying atention to it maybe 2 hours or a bit more.

It's OK FanKi don't bother -- I don't like to take the time to cook anything. Only do it when I absolutely have to like at Thanksgiving. For years of cooking every day for the family I have had my fill of cooking.

I'm back home from the school activities. Next year I'm just going to tell everyone I don't want to go to grandparents day at the school. It was chaotic and I really did not enjoy it at all.

John is back to working on the display structure. I hope he can finish it today and get it over to the Flea Market so I can set it up. I put price tags on my paintings and can't wait to set it up.

I will check in later.

Hi all. At work today. Hopefully have a mellow night. Tomorrow morning bright and early we have our first soccer game of the season.

I finished my drawing..The picture I posted is not great. I need to take it home and take a picture with my good camera.

Thanks...it's just a school thing, I think the actual grandparents day is on Sunday. Hallmark trying to get another reason to sell cards I think! I think it's nutty myself. Grandmothers are honored on Mother's Day and Grandfathers are honored on Father's Day, we don't need a Grandparents Day too.

About the "Unregistered" deleting posts where did you see this David? I deleted a post yesterday in Graphite category that was by the creators request sent to me in a PM. Actually I moved it to 'removed message' but it left a redirect because I forgot to tell it not to so then I deleted the redirect.

I know I get volunteered for my fair share of them, and I usually cringe the entire drive there. :laugh:

Sorry I haven't been around more, but between the kindergarten stage of house buying, the 6yr old's birthday party tomorrow, and my "insert cuss word here" elbow, my days have just been gone.
