Morning everyone. Just checking in. I don't have much planned today so I might start drawing on a canvas the landscape picture and cabin I plan to paint when I get back from vacation.

But then yesterday I had nothing planned and it turned out to be a very busy day with little time for my hobby.

Chanda your horse is coming out so good. Hope you get the time to devote to it. You have so many things going on I don't know how you do it.

Bushcraftonfire, so glad you are back, really missed your posts.

Susan keep us up on how Topper his doing with his automated friend.

Jeff I love the thread on the copyright dilemma. These are the type of threads that forums are the most useful.

Good morning!

I haven't checked out much of the new posts yet this morning but see there are many. YAY thank you David for coming back! Thank you Jeff for your new thread and yes..Susan..I am terribly sorry for your loss and I hope Topper will be ok and is enjoying his new toy.

I am not functioning at all today. Had a late night last night with kiddo activities and then woke at 4:30 this morning. There WILL be a crash and burn at some point today. Got soccer practice tonight and then I gotta stain my baseboards and put them up. Kinda tired of eating in my living room...although my kid has found value in the open space provided by the empty dining room..this morning it was a great place for jumping rope.

Thanks Terry for the kind words on the horse. Maybe when you come back it will be done! snicker..that was a joke. Never know though...I am going to work on it at lunch today and tomorrow..then take it with me this weekend. I have one more difficult part to do on it and then the rest of it should go fairly quick.

Now I am off to drink more coffee so I can respond to posts in a coherent manner.

Hi, I had to leave work because of some back problems. I'm confined to my right side for the rest of the day. Tramadol is not the medicine for me apparently so now it's back pain, shot pain and a new feeling of my leg being 50 lbs heavier. Have to work it out by Saturday. I'm in a band and we play this weekend 3 hours away. Kind of need my whole self for that. If I can spend some time on my back then maybe I can play with my markers later.

Boy, we all have things going on, it's amazing we have any time to produce any works! Probably we end up doing art because, for me anyway, it is relaxing. We do not watch television so I have the time when I would be glued to a show, still not much.

I pray packing and remodeling jobs get done without stress.

Courtney, sorry you must deal with back pain, I pray you get some healing and relief soon.

Topper is very happy with Petie, I predict we will go through a LOT of batteries!

So sorry to hear about your back. Seems like a lot of people are having back problems, I think it's because it's spring and people are over exerting themselves.. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks, a lot of laying around has helped and I'm happy to have gotten in with a specialist next week. I did get to play with my markers but am also helping my oldest daughter care for an orphaned kitty so I had to stop. Orphaned kitty is adorable. She's about two and a half weeks.
