Not much planned today so I will probably start on that drawing of a cabin.

I finished packing my stuff for our trip except for last minute things like toothbrush. Today I will pack my granddaughter Athena's suitcase. I took the girls shopping a few weeks ago and bought them six of the same outfits so they will all be dressed alike each day. This way they will be easy to spot and identify and they love doing silly things like that.

I'm sure I am more excited about this trip than even they are. I'm such a little kid at heart.

Friday we are driving to pick up Athena (that's 6 hours round trip) -- ugh -- hate that road trip and we do it every three weeks. We don't fly out until Sunday morning but I'll have the girls at my house so I doubt I'll be on the computer much.

Good luck with everything. It sounds like you are ready to go! I would be excited as well. It really sounds like a lot of fun and then you get the added bonus of seeing your grandkids faces light up with joy.

Not much on the agenda today. Trying to get through the day. It hasn't started off well but maybe things will improve.

So I got a little some more done today. Happy with the progress..put up my final update until completion. Will be hard but will share when it's done.

Well a million things came up and I only got a very short time to play with my drawing. So what I did was a quick sketch of what I have in mind and maybe tomorrow I'll see about doing a serious drawing of it on canvas. Here's what I'm thinking of:
