I'm happy with the way the lion picture is developing. I will probably work more on it this afternoon. I've decided the background is going to be just dried grass.

Today will be busy for me. Leaving for a doctor appointment in a few minutes and then I need to catch up on mowing when I get back. I'll check in later.

Everyone have a great day and Chanda I sure hope you are feeling better. I'm with David on this, go to the doctor if you are not better yet.

Thanks Terry! I do feel better. It was food poisoning. I am finally able to eat without pain today! Yay! Unfortunately somehow I must have overly stretched a hamstring muscle so I am limping around now..lol. I am making jokes that it's because I was forced to rest for a couple days that caused it. I don't rest well. I am super active and resting is not necessarily in my vocabulary. I will make do though. Popped some meds to help with the pain and will keep on a moving.

I love your lion picture so far! You are doing a great job with it.

I did work on the drawing a little yesterday. Every drawing I do teaches me something. I don't like to draw people..but really enjoy doing fabric. I love the folds of clothing..kinda funny. I think her jeans are turning out pretty darn good..I have to go back and work on her face and hair and I dread it.

Have a great day!

Glad to hear you're healing up Chanda.. and Terry.. hope you have a good report at the doctor.

I think you probably have a hamstring cause you favored your stomach for the past 3 days... It got jealous of not getting any attention.. ROTFLOL!

Blessings for a wonderful Day!

Chandra, I don't like to draw people either, mostly because I suck at it. I can do cartoon type faces, but not portraits. No way am I that good. Hope you get your lawn finished Terry. I'm sore today from mowing mine. I truly do not like getting older. My body is 47, but my mind is still 30, it just won't give up. :)

I'll go you one better, my body is 66 and my spirit is 21 but my brain is 80 all confused and forgetful. Talk about out of sync!

Got the mowing done that I was planning to do but I use a ride on mower so it isn't hard work. Good thing it's been raining all morning.
