I am late to getting the daily up!

My kid woke up with a sick tummy so..here I sit at home. sort of. been catching up on housework. I could get used to this.

Nothing artsy out of me other than some picture taking last night. Got some pretty good shots!

Hope Chris starts feeling better soon, I'm guessing he caught the bug you had Chanda.

I'm thrilled with how the forum is getting some new artists...and what amazing artists they are!

Had two of my Grandies over for a swim this morning. Then I spent all of 20 minutes on painting over an acrylic painting I did last year. I posted in oil paintings. I'm going to work on doing more of that painting over, I like how it looks.

Can't decide what to work on next. I think I'll take a nap and sleep on it.

@Terry; taking naps is something I'd always recommend.

I also had an assignment for which we needed to take selfies.

Sounds rough over there. A swimming and a nap sound awesome! Chris is doing better. We went to the library today (one of his favorite places) so he has spent all afternoon on the couch with his books..it is sooooooooo quiet.

Now that you mention it, I should have included at least one super exaggerated duckface. With tons of make-up. Just for laughs. I'm sure I have foundation lying around somewhere. Assuming it isn't so old that it walked off to the bin all by itself.

Like Terry I had my GSon over today.. Pool.. Tubby.. Nap was a large part of the day! Then most of the afternoon was running to get tractor parts with my son. 4 days in a row of sun and 90's means hay will be coming in on Thurs or Fri!

I had a neurologist appt today, then had to order cupcakes & cookies for hubby's birthday party on the 20th, go by a party place trying to find tablecloths and cupcake stands, stop at the VA, and Fred's, Hobby Lobby, Sonic for food, because this chick ain't about to cook after all that running around.
Unfortunately the rest of the week is looking just like today. :-(

Chandra, hope your son feels better.Terry, I want that pool!!! David, would LOVE to see a caricature!!! Suddenlife...love the pics ;-)
