Well there has been a change in plans and my granddaughter will be going home today....it's a long story that I will not bore you with... but all is well.

My daughter-in-law and I are planning another fun trip with my granddaughters in 4 weeks to Branson Mo and we are going to go to Silver Dollar City. I have never been there. David you live in Mo, have you ever gone there? If so do you have any pointers you want to share like places to eat or attractions at Silver Dollar City that are a must see.

I'm planning to experiment a little with my next painting which I will probably start tomorrow. I watched a video and this video advocated being bold and use a lot of paint. Want to give it a try.

Never been there.. but a few of my children have.. they loved it..something for everyone! If you look online.. the Globetrotters are there 3 times a day.. so you might want to take in that show..

Bailed hay all day.. I need to learn I can't keep up with those 25 year old boys (and my 13 year old girl) anymore.. Take your time David!! Draw More.. Paint more.. bail less.. ROTFLOL!

Gotta toot my horn...My Granddaughters soft ball team won 2nd place in a Tri-County tournament. There were 23 teams playing in the tournament in total. Proud Nana here!

Been to Branson twice, hubby vows he will never go again. The first time, just as we landed in Branson, my husband received the call that his sister had passed away. Obviously we were not in the mood for too much fun. The second time we went to Dixie Stampede the first night (great show!) the next morning my husband's aorta burst! seven out of ten people have five minutes to live when that happens. One Medivac flight to Springfield and three weeks in ICU, he is good as new but he does not want to visit Branson any more.

Been to Silver Dollar City several times. Not the water park though. Lots of fun rides and good food. Branson has tons to do. I'm sure there is a website somewhere with a list. If u can hang with Mickey, then Branson will be a breeze.

If I did it right, I attached what I've been working on, with the exception of the past few days. Hard to draw when a 6yr old is attached to your hip.
The drawing may b too light. I plan to switch mediums, so was going light on the lead.

Your drawing is adorable Leighann. My granddaughter had to go home early so I'm cut loose for a little bit having a kid around constantly. But that will change again pretty soon.

That's pretty kewl LA Reminds me of a poster I had in college.. Was 4'X3' or so and had all sorts of gears, levers, etc with men working on them. Could keep you busy looking at it for hours!! LOL!
