Good morning all.

Headed to work this morning..yee haw. It pays the bills.

Finally going to be summer around here I guess. Supposed to actually hit 90 on Wednesday.

The woman loved her horse drawing. I got a video of her getting it and she was crying with joy.

Aside from that I don't have a clue what to draw next to be honest. I am stuck in this rut but I know it's because it's summer and there are a lot other things outside I would rather be doing.

Good Morning Chanda and everyone. Last night I got to work a little on that revamping painting project. I'm not sure if I'm making it better or worse but I'm going to keep at it until I feel I've done as much as I can on it and them let you folks see it.

I also started the bottle picture project. So far all I've done is an outline on the canvas. I'll post a WIP later today. Right now I don't feel like getting out of bed.

Glad to hear you ladies are doing well. Seems something comes up every day and right before I get to bed I say to myself, "Self.. WHY didn't you paint today?" LOL! Well maybe today

I guess my wondering what to draw next has been figured out. A coworker gave me a picture of him and his son to draw. It's an "interesting" composition and will be an incredible challenge. We draw what they want right?

UM..I think that's going to be difficult with this particular picture. When you see it you will completely understand.

Terry you asked about my neurologist appt. I have had a constant headache since October 2007. No joke...it never stops. I did see a neurologist when we lived in the Little Rock area, but he was just money hungry, and no help at all. Once we moved here, it took a bit, but I now have a doc I like, and am on Lyrica, which helps tremendously. I'm guessing it's a nerve issue.

Wow! A 9 year headache ? I will never complain again! Hope it goes away

Leighann: Hope the Lyrica helps. I know a guy who takes that for different problems and he says it made a world of difference.

I can't imagine having a constant headache for so long.

OK.. I finally did it.. I began a piece. The way I am it's feast or famine.. once I begin.. there's no real stopping me.. LOL! So I will prob have this small piece (9X12) done this evening.

It's just a kick around fantasy piece really.. a dragon I am working on (since 11-2014) for my lil girl.. LOL! I drew it in a hotel room.. and now for the painting process. Mainly looking to work on color blending in this piece.. it should be interesting.. and VERY colorful!

It is very frustrating to wake up with a headache, have it all dang day, then go to bed with it, rinse & repeat for years. So far the Lyrica has been a lifesaver. The headache doesn't go away completely, but it kind of gets pushed to the background so I can function better. Plus the Lyrica gives me energy, which is a bonus.
