Good Morning and Happy Friday to all you wonderful people.

Yesterday I worked on the Rose and it turned out horrible, I was so disappointed so I scraped the paint off the canvas and wiped the canvas down with mineral spirits and today I'll try again. That is one of the benefits of oil. Acrylic dries too fast to do that.

But I won't get to it until this afternoon. This morning I have an appointment with the Spine Surgeon. My MRI at the neurologist shows I have 4 bulging discs in the lumbar area and my spine bones are a mess from arthritis, all of which is causing pinched nerves that are causing pain and weakness in my right leg. This is going to be an interesting appointment.

Oh Terry I hope the doc will have a solution that can stop your pains I have a sciatic nerve that flares up a lot, so I share your pain
And as for the rose, I'm sure it will come on its own time trough your artist hand That what I keep telling myself, that sometimes they are not ready to come out (the drawing, paintings, etc...), and that's why I get frustrated, like yesterday, I was working on "The Lost Kids" comic, and I had a problem with one of the panel So I erased it and started again like 7 times and didn't want to work so I put it aside and started to draw something else
Ok and after all that boring rambling I hope everybody has a great Friday

Hmmm I didn't draw yestarday... I hanged out with friends Maybe this sunday, I don't know, I wrote another text (Same kind of "Time"), will be uploaded later ^^

As for my friday... today is my friend's birthday (you remember, the one who I sent the flower drawing), it's quite hard cuz things between us aren't totally well, and I must admit I miss her, so I'm dealing with it
Anyway, day is too short to be thinking about that, I'm quite sure everything will be fine sooner or later ^^

By the way... Weekend is coming! (Read it as "Winter is coming" From GoT xD)

FanKi I hope everything works out for the best with your friend. I'm also in the process of trying to mend a friendship that has gone sour. I hate when that happens. It nags at me until I make it better. Life is too short to have bad feelings with anyone.

I'm having to avoid all political conversations with my sister. We both have strong feels about elections and we are both on opposite sides. The 2008 election she and I had a nasty argument, which we later patched up, but it was like a year later. I don't want that to happen again so I just don't even look at her posts on FB....after the elections I'll start following her again.

The spine surgeon this morning said the bulging discs are not herniated and even though I do have arthritis up my whole spine that is not the reason for my leg pain. Since I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet he thinks the leg pain is part of that. I have no pinched nerves in my spine. So he has referred me to a pain management doctor. I don't know if I'm happy about that or not, I will have to let it seep into my brain to decided.

Hmm I think that are good news, as your pain seems not be something severe

Hi people! Work was okay...still did the same thing for my training but my legs doesn't hurt anymore..^^...
anyways...you can do it Terry! with the Rose painting..there are just times where you start your art perfectly and sometimes not ,that's why doing traditional art is more of the real deal than just digital..layers save your time/life in erasing some parts of your art.......and oh may the pains be gone! (woosh! lol wut? @[email protected])
yah weekend is coming but I have work tomorrow ; - ; ...so..............
