Good Morning everybody.

The high today where I am is only going to get to 89F (~32C)...I will have to break out my sweatersrolleyes:sarcasm). Every one gets in such a good mood when the heat wave breaks. It is so nice.

Well you probably guessed this but I plan to spend the day painting. I will probably be able to finish that tutorial by Ginger Cook I'm working on. Start on the redo of the geranium plant and perhaps start on the tutorial of an English Rose by Gary Jenkins. All depends on how long of a nap I take this afternoon. There definitely are some advantages to being old and retired.

Looking forward to all your posts. Erilia your comic strips really make the forum fun. Liz, how about posting some of the art you have been doing? Susan now that the Chapel is done what do you have planned next? Carl, David, Dave(Just), Jeff, Sorin, Ernst, Michael, Oana, Luna, FanKi, Toriya, Asancta, and everyone I haven't mentioned I'm so looking forward to seeing your next picture. Chanda I'm in awe of your 'Father and Son' drawing.

Good morning!

Yay for a cool down! It is supposed to be 81 today with storms.

Terry - your latest Rose..I just love it. I love the colors and the mood and the lighting. That is a wall hanger. To watch you grow as an artist has been absolutely joyful to watch.

I can't help but say (feeling the love) that we have an incredible batch of artists and human beings on this site. I look forward to each new piece of art that is produced and shared. We are so diverse both culturally and artistically and it just WORKS.

I really hope I can get some art therapy in today. I had a difficult night and morning and would really like an opportunity to just get "lost" for the 45 minutes I have to draw. Take my mind off things.

Today is my Mom's birthday, I'll try to draw her (I should have started yesterday... or earlier... oowww this lazy teenagers >.<). Guess it would be hard cuz she is at home and I'm using our living as a Bedroom because we are changing the floor from my and my parents room so... I do not have a "Private area" (That's why I haven't been drawing so much )

Besides from that... hmm a Shooting session at the court, then a bit Gym training and I'm done


Chada, hope you get that therapy art session, looks like you need it ^^
And now you say it... Yep, it works. Lot of people, different countries, artistic styles, but it works! We can share, learn, discuss all kind of topics, have fun with Erilia comics <.< guess this forum it's a good spot to be ^^

Terry, you are doing so great with the flowers, I love how you texturize them (Texturize... does that word even exist? XD but you get the idea jajajajajaja)

32C Oh my... I hate the heat -_-, I'm highly allergic to it, I've been called many times a vampire you see cause of my skin, it is so white you see and I burn in the sun very easily, not at all because I drink human blood, I stopped this practice a long time ago MWAHAHAHAHAHA
And Terry please continue being awesome and awesomer at your paintings, cause you are, awesome (I used the word awesome a lot...)
And I'm so jealous about your naps, I'm incapable of falling asleep during the day
And Chanda I feel it too, the love, and it's... how could I say it... awesome

FanKi I always have to remember that you are on the other side of the Equator. When you said "Summer I'm waiting for you!" my brain went into tilt. My line is "Summer get the heck out of here already".

I'm really enjoying doing the texturizing (aka Impasto) painting. But boy I'm using up a lot of paint quickly. Thank Goodness my husband doesn't seem to mind me spending the money on my hobby.

Hi everyone ^^ good to see y'all in a good mood for something today...well today for me isn't good...it's a family problem that I can't share..I'm sorry...
well, my brothers and I went to the library hours ago, that maybe we can have some good vibes even for a bit..I didn't have any good sleep last night and I'm not sure for the upcoming night...Hoping this doesn't last for a week...I'm so mad and at the same time scared like what's going to happen next?...But I need to be strong for my brothers...*sigh*...I'll just do some comic book reading or maybe gaming for me to feel better.. ^^

Anyways..I don't mean to bring some bad feeling here...May you all have a splendid day! ^^

Hello all...I promise I intend to post more often, then the day just gets away from me, then I'm stuck to the couch, or drawing, or both. I tend to get on here late at night, when I have no distractions.

Taking care of my husband, plus this household, is more than I can handle, but I push through it with bulldog determination everyday. Art keeps me out of prison
