Hmm, wouldn't consider this spam. As far as I know it's allowed to show work you admire, as long as you don't claim credit for it (correct me if I'm wrong, though).
Having said that, it does come across as mainly trying to get her more followers, as opposed to joining this forum because you have actual interest in being a member here, or art in general, and that is something most of us here aren't too fond of, as a lot of people do the same thing and then, after having promoted themselves or someone they know, just bugger off, never to be heard from again.
More on topic though; her work is nice. It's better than what I did at age eightteen. Most of it is a bit generic though. No idea if she drew from reference or memory, but she applies the sort of styles where it hardly makes much of a difference. DeviantArt has thousands of girls who draw roughly the same things.
So all in all; girl's definitely got talent, but I'd much rather see her go her own way with that. I get the idea she definitely has plenty of feeling for color and she is already trying somewhat differing styles, which is good.
Anime and manga are a lot more than the shows that get popular on the net and it's absolutely worth it to try different things and dig a bit deeper.
I wish her the best of luck!
