Anyone know this painting?

Hoping someone might be able to help me. I recently found a print of a painting we had on the wall growing up. I have to give it back to my sister but would like to know who the artist is. I have photographs of the painting but suspect its not particularly well known and my knowledge in this area is limited. Does anyone possibly know? I really appreciate any help.
