I use one of those plastic pallets that have the little wells to hold acrylic paint. I will start a painting and have the paint in the pallet, then have to leave it for the next day. Is there any way to keep the left-over paint moist till I get back to it?

Stretch some kitchen "kling-wrap" over the tray.
