I get a kick out of architectural paintings done in watercolors. I painted one as a gift for a neighbor who moved away several years ago, and they seemed to appreciate it. So, I'm working on a friend's home to give to them as a gift.

This is the third practice work to see what colors work. The final piece will be 9" x 12" or maybe even a full quarter sheet. This one is 8" X 8", 140# cold press paper using, mostly, Daniel Smith Fine Watercolors. The paper is not a great brand and didn't take a lot of water, but it did the job.

Process: Combined three different photos in Core Photopaint, then created a line drawing in CorelDraw. Printed the line drawing on a sheet of WC paper, then painted away. There is much too much detail in the line drawing for the size, but, again, it got the job done.

Comments and Critiques (C & C) welcome.
