I am a 45-year-old mother, wife and caretaker for my two elderly parents. I have a desire to express my creative side. I have dreamed of being an artist painting beautiful works on canvas however, this is new to me. I have drawn and painted very little. I could also use some cash flow. I am torn between my dream of creating beautiful works of art (if I’m able to) Or creating through crochet and sewing more useful items that are also beautiful that I can sell to or creating through crochet and sewing more useful items that are also beautiful that I can sell to help with the money issue to help with the money issue help with the money issue. I would do both but time is very much an issue. Also, did I mention that I’m a minimalist. These art supplies I have purchased don’t mean to hang around if this is only going to be a dream unrealized. I would appreciate any input. I am so torn but, I really would be happy with either pursuit but I only have time for one. Thanks in advance

Hi Adamarie,

Your comments suggest you are a no-nonsense, highly motivated person who just might find this art niche suggestion worth your while.

First - the big picture (https://focuspointshape.com/newsletter-2/mary-engelbreit-art-superstar/) -

This is all about 'licensing' or creating a minimalist work once and having someone else sell copies ... all over the world for you.

And you collect royalties on each sale.
