Hello , I am 20 years old and I have never taken drawing seriously as I never considered myself good at it , but once in a while (months ) I get the desire to draw something in my mind
I have always been interested in art, paintings and drawing .. by interested I mean looking at beautiful art work especially digital art and really really appreciate it

so recently I wondered if all that has a meaning somehow maybe a hidden artist somewhere inside ,I need to ask the experienced of you .. if you can see from my drawings that I have any artistic talent, do I have anything worth working on ? .. in other words do you think that one day I can create decent art work ? because I highly doubt any of that .. I need to know if I am wrong

all the drawings were from imagination ... didn't draw them like that instantly, I erased and re-drew a lot
I drew them recently after years of not drawing at all

Talent is a relative term. Your pictures show no understanding of anademy. No ability to portray perspective nor 3D. The good news is that these things can be learned. The trick is to first be able to honestly look at your work and then work on what you need improving. Is there an artist inside you? I don't know.

Welcome to the forum.

I think you have a lot of talent. Your portions are right on in the first painting. And the second one of the Bee your use of value change on the flower is very good. I found the Bee picture adorable.

Keep it up, you have a good start.

Welcome to the forum!

I would say most people have an artist in them. But it requires practice, a lot of practice and learned skill to prove how much of an artist. No one is born drawing, most of us have great interest in copying the world around us as children but then stop for various reasons.

I would say you have an artist in you. But I will ask, how hard are you willing to work to prove it?

I see talent. Michelangelo, you are not...but that's okay. Most artists aren't. Lol

If you keep drawing...maybe check out some you tube tutorials, and just keep it up, you will be surprised at the results.

Tip: The human anatomy is probably not the best thing for a novice to start with  There are so many things out there that would be easier to draw.
