Today is going to be a fun day for me! I'm meeting Leighann for lunch. I'll be sure to post a picture of the two of us.

I also plan to go to Hobby Lobby. They have brushes at 50% off this week. They also have marked down all of M. Graham paints  because they are no longer going to carry M. Graham products :unhappy: I never buy things full price at Hobby Lobby, but I sure have gotten some good discounted stuff there.

When I get home I'll start on the rose bush painting I've been thinking about.

This isn't the place to be talking about it, but last night my husband got a call from the doctor about a biopsy of a lump that was removed last Tuesday. You know when the doctor himself calls on a Sunday evening about a biopsy it is not going to be good. It was a fast growing skin melanoma. This is the fourth one of those he's had. I'm beginning to start to worry about this, even though the doctor says it will be fine as long as he gets them out as soon as they pop up. :crying:

I believe your husband will be fine as long as he does what the doctor says. My mom had one removed from her nose about 20 years ago. She's 92 and still going strong. Her nose looks a little funny though. What are gonna do?

I know you're going to enjoy your visit with a fellow forum member today. Sounds awesome. Hope I get a chance to meet someone on the forum someday.

So Hobby Lobby has brushes, 50% off this week? When does it end?

Dick the Hobby Lobby sale goes through Saturday. It's on single Master Touch brushes, not the sets. But you could get something like a $15 brush for $7.50...and you are getting a really good quality brush. Their prices on single Master Touch brushes go from about $2 to $15.

Leighann and I had a great time at lunch today. We discovered we have a lot of things in common and talked and talked for about an hour and a half in the restaurant. Here's a picture. I'm the short one.

So cool you two got to meet!

Dick, Hobby Lobby has an app for smart phone. With it you get weekly coupons of 40% off. I believe you can use the same coupon each day?

I worked today but I did start a sketch of Sandhill cranes with their baby. I will load a pic of it in "What's in Your Sketchbook?"

Yes! I Love that 40% coupon on their app, I use it all the time. You can only use the coupon on one regular priced item a day. But you can use it 6 days a week if you want to go that often.

What I do is buy the sales items I want and then I'll get a tube of paint or a canvas for it's regular price and use the 40% coupon on it. It's great. Today I got a two pack of 16x20 canvas for $4.79 using the coupon. How can you beat that. All you have to do is show it to the cashier on your cell phone.

I do not live close enough to a Hobby Lobby to use the coupon daily. :crying: Oh well, it is probably for the best.

I don't believe it! You really met! Wooow!
So cool girls! You seem very happy in that picture

Hmm I had a friend that got something like that when we were at highschool, it was in the nose too, we were like... 15, 14 .-. but everything went okey. I'm sure it will be the same with your husband Terry, he'll be alright ^^

No Hobby Lobby discount for me... I don't even know if that store exist in argentina jajajajaja

I'm sorry I do not log every day here, but my life is going crazy! My grandmother is getting old and sick, the college, training, now the drawing classes, and some coooool problems with relationships, 4 or 5 people involved. Aahh... Love, so beautiful :vs_smirk:(I thing I could make movie with this material jajajajaja) I can tell you about if you want but it's a bit messy and maybe you are not really interested on it, teens stories xD
Fortunately, I'm taking all this in the funniest way I can so I'm ok :vs_karate: but I do not have time for anything .-.

I am a dunderhead sometimes!

Terry, we are praying for your husband! These things usually don't cause life threatening problems, try not to worry unless you have to.
