Awww, I think it's cute. No need to feel embarrassed at all.

If you are not happy with it just keep working on it. I think I would work a little on the direction of the light. You know have the side of where the light is coming from more of a tan and the other side more of a chestnut brown.

Welcome to the forum and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Hey! Why embarrassing? It's beautiful!

I would try to add a kind of... shadow, or darker brown below the | Insert here animal's name - I don't remember how it's called in english :p | Just to make it look like it's really over the branch, Hope you get the concept xD
And maybe that would help with terry idea about direction of the light too ^^

Something else... I don't belive you, that's not your first attempt, it's to cool for being a first attempt >.<

Great job and welcome!

It was initially an owl! I'm really not sure what happened with the eyes and the chestnut color. Thanks for the kind words though! Makes me feel a whole lot better about it (:

I think he's pretty cute!! Never be embarrassed to post anything, we are not here to judge anyone.

I think the little guy needs some shading, but a lot of it depends on the style of art you are aiming for.

My family got a puppy the other day, and he's part Border Collie and part Corgie. We say he's a Borg, and his name is Rex. I was wondering (and i think it would look cool) if someone drew a T-Rex that was a Cyborg and sent it to my email. It is - [email protected] -. I would like it in color with lots of detail and it doesn't matter what u use to draw it. That would be great. Thanks.

Make sure it is digital, and not just taking a picture of it. Thx

What is "digital, not taking a picture of it?" DO you mean scan it? My camera is more true than my scanner.. LOL. A picture is digital friend
