I was messing around with india ink one night and my daughter and i were doing the "what do you see" in the blots.....then i added some acrylic new to this site and i habe receny started please be honest and tell me what you think.

Sorry, Im not sure if the pic posted along with my post, but I wanted to know if anyone had input on how to improve, or any techniques thay would help.

Obviously i still need practice, but ive never painted pictures before. I usually paint large items like tables, shelves and such.

I think your owl is adorable. Are you using watercolor? I'm fairly new to painting also. I just started May of last year. Once I started I became practically fanatical about it. I did only acrylics up until January and then decided to try using oil, since then I do mostly oil with some acrylic backgrounds.

To load pictures to your albums:
>create an album. Click on "user CP" above and select "Picture and Album"
>after you have uploaded a picture be sure to write something in the field Caption over what is already there. If you don't do that others will get the error "Invalid Album" when trying to view your picture-- it's a glitch on this web site.

It is watercolor and india ink actually. I enjoy making things out of nothing. Thank you for the positive feedback :-)

I did not read the first post you put on the thread where it said you were doing a game with Indian Ink, and then developed it with acrylic. That is a great fun way to make a picture.
