Wonderful pictures. It's amazing when the technology is gone how the imagination wakes up.

It really is. He will not be allowed a phone until he is old enough to pay for the bill himself or he is in a situation where he will need to have one on him. He has no tablets or i-pads or video game systems. He reads and he plays. At his age that's what they should do..and he has one insane imagination that's for sure!

I do allow him to use the laptop for his schoolwork though. He can operate my tablet if it's handed to him but I almost never let him have it.

Great looking boy and Chanda I am jealous.
We lived in a small town for a short time n now we're back in the city. (its nice BUT) I miss the slower pace of lots of space and not many people.

My son is a 10 year old computer whiz, and that kinda bums me out. However were gonna get more fishing in this year for sure. + we are looking to move eventually and I think wherever we go will be out in the sticks.

looks like fun!

LOL. Well those in the IT field make some good money so I wouldn't be TOO bummed out! Someday he could be the next Bill Gates. I hope you do get that fishing time in though. We buy our licenses every year and never go. Hoping we will get to go this year as well. We have a lake just up the road stocked with muskies..I keep wanting to try my hand at catching one..apparently they like hot dogs...who knew.

City life has it's advantages in terms of availability to amenities. If you run out of milk you can just go get a bottle. Doctors are right there. You don't have to drive as far to work. Lots of things that are really really good..I sure wouldn't trade it for the country life though.
