I'm not sure how to ask this but, am I able to sell paintings that I bought from yard sales and flea markets? I am not a painter. I appreciate the information. Thank you.

what about paintings from our personal collection/s...? I have a friend that has asked me about unloading some of his oils, watercolors, charcoals, sculptures from his, southwestern themed, collection, ranging from, but not limited to: M. Grelle's, G. Niblett's, G. Rowbury's, J. Regimbald's, etc etc.

I am familiar with forums on-line and proper forum etiquette. Is it okay that I, albeit a newbie here, to create a dedicated thread for the list of works he has, and have the portfolio available for review from perspective buyers...? I guess i could create an album on my Facebook page or post pictures here just the same. The collection is in Western mass, outside northampton, available for viewing in person.

Is that okay to post up the specifics / particulars about the works he has available for sale...?

cheers

I would create a new Facebook page dedicated for the purpose to sell the works . Direct potential clients to the page and go from there.
