Daily Chat - January 5, 2016

I still can't get used to the fact that it is already 2016.

It seems like the older I get, the faster time seems to go.

I have challenged myself to walk 10,000 steps a day. So far I am on target. I do some in the gym, but mostly I have just been walking through neighborhoods enjoying the fresh air.

What going on in your world today?

Nothing much happening in my world other than painting a bunch.

I did shop online for birthday presents for Two of my grandchildren. I have four grandchildren that have birthdays within a few weeks of each other.

Time does fly! My father once told me each year goes quicker than the one before, he didn't lie!

Looking forward to seeing your paintings Terry.

Glad you have an opportunity to do a new piece Chanda.

My birthday docket is clear until June now, with the exception of mine.

Been trying to draw the past couple days but it isn't working out. It's almost like I forgot how! Has that ever happened to anyone here? I figure I will just do some drawing exercises until it comes back. Maybe I am putting too much expectation on myself, I don't know.....

Not much here in Fla-land... Playing with the gnomie-homie. Going out to Diz today to look into possible murals at Wilderness Lodge. They're re-doing parts & I was one of the original artists... Sssooo, hoping I get my foot in the door rather than bit off by th' Mouse.

This is so adorable.

Good Luck on getting a piece of the action at Disneyworld. Since they used your services before I think it's likely they will again.

Not much. Never got around to paint yesterday or the day before, so I best do it today.
