Hi, fellow art lovers. Just popping in to say hello. I just found the site today and am looking forward to browsing (and hopefully learning from more experienced artists). I had been mostly sketching and doodling in journals for fun, although I’d taken a few advanced art classes in HS (one basic course in college). I like watercolor and colored pencil techniques although I’m not highly skilled with either. Lately I’ve begun using it as more of an outlet because I’ve developed some medical problems that have severely limited my ability to live out my life and finish school. I’m really interested in exploring new mediums, and getting better at the ones I’m (sort of) familiar with. I hope to become comfortable enough to share things here; not sure if my stuff is “art” though. But being able to associate with people who also enjoy this is nice. Thx for reading. 🙂
