Shining colored LED lights onto wall size transparencies

I'm new to this forum.

I've only dabbled in art throughout my life up until the last couple years(I'm 39), but recently I've discovered a unique effect when shining LED lights onto transparencies or layered transparencies.

The effect it that the colors on the prints changes and at times seems to disappear altogether or all become dark and almost creating another subliminal image.

some pics if I can load them

Here are some pics of what I was talking about.

Besides the pretty cool light show, the LEDS make Jesus' head morph into some really unnerving images. This is one panel from a large color and transparancy display on my wall 10 x 30'

The actual print of Jesus is 36 x 60", the cropped photos make it hard to tell how big they really are.

It is interesting how color light changes everything about the picture.
