Hello all my name is Scott I live in Vegas and am new to the forum. I was wondering if any of the colored pencil, paint, water color, etc.. manufactures have an application that will match a color in an image with the color from their series. For example there is a blue color in an image and your having a hard time figuring out what to use so you take a picture and select the color and it comes back with an html color code like #E7FFFF and matches it to Prismacolors PC1086??
