Well that's an awesome goal to set for yourself! I couldn't do it - just don't have time and I tend to take too long on my pieces to do one drawing a day. Looking at your sketches though - great work! Lots of great lines and movement. The one you posted here is my favorite though. I love it.
Wow, truly an amazing project! I tried that for a while (unconsciously, simply drawing "for fun") but then college started and things got hectic.
I enjoy the "rawness" of it, the way the thinner lines flow freely

I checked your blog - amazing work!
The drawings look raw and genuine, which I like! Maybe I should adopt your project as well and see where it takes me..
Thank you so much! Very kind words indeed. If u look back on my work from when i started the blog till now you'll notice clearly how my skills have evolved throughout the time. I truly believe that the challenge is helping me improve my artistic skills. I can't wait to see what I can deliver at the end of the year.
Hope you visit my site again and continue to enjoy my work for the rest of the year! Thank you!
I'm definately going to try this! Brand new sketchbook... brand new charcoals... summer break in one day! Why not!
By the way, the sketch of the woman's figure you originally posted is absolutely stunning. I envy your talent!
Very cool! Are the people in the drawings models/friends or from your imagination?
The drawing on 02/26/2013 immediately caught my eye....amazing it was drawn on my 57th birthday.....
