question on usage rights

Hello there! I apparently made an account on here some time in the past and just now found the site again. Since I didn't have to sign up this time, I didn't get a chance to read y'alls terms of usage type deal. I am wondering mostly about the section on the site's rights to anything I post on here. There's been a lot of problems in the digital art community that I'm aware of of sites putting adendums into their clauses so that they have the rights to posted art works (cough cough deviantart cough). I just want to read up and make sure for myself what rights the site states to have, etc as well as other legal stuffs.
Where would I find this?

@Lael Marsh, I understand how you feel. As someone who often shares my photography online, I had many of your same concerns with some of the sites where I do so.

You can find our Terms of Use here:
http://www.verticalscope.com/aboutus...rtistforum.com

When you post an image here, it gives us permission to display it here (in your post) and on extensions of our site, such as social media. If your post was shared on social media, it would always include a link to your post. It does not give us permission to use your image for other things. As an example, I couldn't use it to make a new header image for the site or to create a video, etc.

If I refer my website and it contains affiliate marketing, would that be considered advertising.
