Question Good PPC Alternative to Google Ads

Hi!

I have a website (removed) and an Etsy shop ([removed). The website has a link to the shop, which sells relatively inexpensive abstract art: acrylic paintings and giclee prints.

I am looking to generate traffic to my shop; either directly or via the website, whichever is best.

And, I am willing to pay for clicks.

Have any of you tried any good PPC alternative to Google Ads, which I think is too expensive for my purpose?

Thank you!

Well ... let me put it this way .... PPC is not my suggested way to go. It can be hugely expensive with relatively insignificant returns.

The real hurdle with PPC is unless you buy into a really expensive program ($400+) you won't find the key words you need to be using.

On the other hand ... let me suggest Facebook. It's demographic breakdown is unusually sophisticated ... which is why it got into so much hot water.

But for someone well-meaning like yourself ... I would investigate Facebook ads.

And don't forget the value of 'organic' traffic ... by writing replies or generating queries on Quora.

Or you could start a YouTube channel explaining how to interpret abstract art or the emotional open-ended benefits of abstract art ... as it does not box the viewer in. And you can place a link in your videos back to your art site.

YouTube is updating it's algorithm to get away from outrageous content as it's ad base wants to get away from over-the-top videos. This might be the right time for you to step in.

Best regards
