what is it you do? are you a programmer? how old are you? what have you done before? maybe its smart to give such information. anyway i doubt you will get what you want over here so w/e. go to facebook and join level up group and try to find some guy there or just go to shutterstock or some picture seller. real cheap pictures available there.

also dont give me the civilized thing. no one insulted you but you did insult every artist over here. i know you have a disadvantage since people from ghana dont earn alot of dollars per month so it should be mandatory for you to find another way to show your gratitude like offering your skills in exchange.

best of luck and /cheers 2 u
I am an animator of 16 years of age. I've been animating for 2 years now so im not the best but I'd call myself a mid intermediate. I needed the background for a collaboration I'm doing on a website called hyunsdojo.com.
I'm really sorry for offending all you guys, I'm just really desperate. I colud offer my skills as an animator/flash game programmer and I also have some experience HTML and Javascript programming.

I dont have anything else I can really offer, but if any of you are interested I'm willing to do any task or skill in exchage. Again, so sorry I'll check other sites and forums to see what I can find.

this post is a much better approach. would love to see some of your animations. have you tried deviantart.com? personally i could be persuaded to do stuff if you could offer mobile programming but i believe youd need to know java not js for it... if you absolutely find nothing and my skill level is good enough for your project - feel free to pm me.

Thank you, I've learned some Java ME for mobile earlier this year, but if you need my help I can continue and assist you in whatever program you need.

The problem with this industry is no one respects the work that is involved. As artists we expect to be paid for our time, skill, and materials. Never ask for free work. You will not get a good response. The better approach is to offer your own skills in trade with an equal value of work in return. Even then you have the responsibility of due diligence to find others in your network that are willing to work with you. i.e. art school classmates, other independent artists in your niche. Artists already have to protect themselves from clients. Letīs have a more respect for each other.
