I have, but I only have 4 fans after a couple of months. I know three of them. You have to tell all your friends about your page and have them tell their friends for it to work very well, I didn't feel like telling people about it .

I have utilised facebook, but limited success I also had mainly friends, It does drive some traffic to my website but very little, I think it is worth having, but not the best place I believe.
