So I'm looking to get an image created for my website, and I found a website that has a background image that I absolutely love...I mean I really really love it. I've contacted them to see if they would make me something different, but in the same vein and style as that but I've got some suspicion that they're not the original creators...we'll see. Anyways, I want to get something built for my website that has the same cartoony, yet serious style, I want those same shadows, textures, strokes, etc. So my question to you is,
1) Is there a specific name for this type of art?
2) Do you know anyone that could mimmick the STYLE of this art to create me something entirely different?

The website is logo-now.com and I'm talking specifically about the background image...the house on the hill, the kite, the clouds, etc.

Reaver most graphics types could draw up a similar style in either vector or raster. It's a pretty straight forward graphic. It shouldn't be difficult to find someone to draw it up for you.

Thanks but easier said than done, if anyone is interested I've got $400 for the first person that can do it. I've already submitted the funds on designcrowd.com, it's guaranteed. You can see for yourself, search the 'web design' projects for 'Textbook', it's a private one so you have to register (registration is free). I've got over 30 designs submitted and not one of them is anywhere near that good, not one of them has mimmicked the style.

I've even gone so far as to message about 10 people on guru.com, so far no responses.
